Feb 23rd....really? That was the last journal I wrote?? SHAME ON ME!

And life. And my job. And gaming...I'm addicted.

Sooooooo...I DO have my scanner...somewhere....and a sketchbook that has some stuff to post....but not hooked up to the compy in my room...*tear* I know...sad day in my world.

So...what's new in my life....shit...a LOT has happened since February... I managed to pass all but 1 class last semester despite feeling horrid and doing shit for my work. I even got a few A's. YAY ME!

I am working for the university this summer as a camps and conferences assistant. So, that pretty much entails me setting up rooms for campers, making the halls look all pretty and shit, and then cleaning up after them when they leave...lather, rinse, repeat...

A lot of busy work and manual labor, but nothing I can't handle. As a matter of fact, I've lost about 10 pounds since taking on this job. (that brings me down to roughly 155) So, that makes me happy. I have a fucking waist again. I am a happy fucking camper!

I also managed to kick the caffeine habit for all of 2 months...I am addicted again. lol. I can't seem to completely give up. I am trying to limit myself to 2 cans a day rather than the usual 5 or 6.

And....here's a character update---

Saffir, who is in my gallery has undergone a mild name change. Henceforth, she shall be known as Saffirah. Like I said, mild.

I also think I know how to tell Eilonwy's story more effectively. This includes Saffirah, Maarten, Garon, and Aiko, along with Alex and a few other previously mentioned characters. When I have a moment to sit and type (likely Thursday) I want to have a new chapter up for perusal... Crits will be wanted. Gentle crits, keep in mind.

eh...I wish this desk had a freakin' scanner. It would be lovely. Then I could post shit now and not a week from now when I have time to sit at the OTW/HRC or Spenser's room.

oh well..toodles. I am still alive...imagine that. I will be going on sometime this week to do some maintaining and other administrative duties.
