Yay for 2012 being here and onward and upward with life.
I'm totally excited for the new semester to start, as that means I get a new variety of courses and more art to post. I'm going back to classes today and hopefully I'll have some more art (from last semester that I just didn't bring home last December) to post and soon be producing amazing stuff to share with you all.
(and if anyone knows how to put up .Ai files, let me know, I have a ton of graphics work that I can share)

A night spent in the dark....

For those of you not located in midwestern USA, we are under severe wind warnings, and have been since early yesterday. We had what is being called a grade 3 inland hurricane. It was fucking wild.
So...naturally, WE Energies got hit pretty hard, and well...I spent 10 hours without electricity. No TV....no computer....no internet...I thought I was going insane.
I pretty much did until I picked up Brisingr and a flashlight....a small LED penlight....and read about 150 pages of it (I've been working on the book since Christmas of 2008....no time for such things when I'm in a hurry...then they get forgotten for things like Peeta Mellark and Per
